These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
The Sock Drop Co. is powered by Shopify, which provides the secure ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
Our Products
At The Sock Drop Co., we work hard to ensure our product images, colours and descriptions accurately represent the socks and accessories we sell. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Many of our collections are released in limited quantities. Once a design has sold out, it may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.
You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Your order is accepted once payment has been authorised and we have confirmed acceptance.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity, we'll contact you and issue a full refund where applicable.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our approved payment providers. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location or courier service.
We currently offer:
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £40
- Tracking where available on selected delivery services
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or unforeseen circumstances.
Promotions
From time to time, The Sock Drop Co. may run special offers and promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Free gifts are available while stocks last.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned in their original packaging
- In the same condition they were received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
